Opening the secret door reveals a counter dedicated to “Teppanyaki Dining”.
Before your very eyes, Chef Kusumoto, a board member of the Japan Teppanyaki Association, personally prepares seasonal seafood, gourmet mountain vegetables and carefully selected premium Wagyu beef according to your preferences.
