The cancellation policy for reservations is as follows.
Please review our cancellation policy below when making a reservation.

Cancellation Fee

・Up to three days before the reservation: No charge

・Two days before the reservation: 50% of the course fee

・One day before the reservation: 80% of the course fee

・Cancellation on the day of the reservation, with or without notice, will be charged 100% of the course fee (full amount).
If you need to cancel or change the number of participants, please contact us at least one day in advance.

AYes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please inform us by the day before.

Contamination refers to the unintentional presence of allergens in food that are not used as ingredients but may get mixed in during preparation or serving. Depending on the severity of your allergies and your condition on the day, even a small amount of contamination can trigger symptoms.

AWe have English menus available. Please request one when you visit.

QDo you have kids' meals or courses?

AWe offer a kids' set (¥2,200). Please feel free to request it.

QCan I enter the restaurant with a wheelchair or stroller?

AOnly the separate room (B1F French Kaiseki floor) is accessible with wheelchairs and strollers. Regardless of your seating choice, we can store your wheelchair or stroller for you.
